Self-Service Section

This page allows you to configure the layout of information on entries and records in the Self-Service module.

To open Self-Service Configuration, click Configuration > System Prefernces > Self-Service Section.

Find and configure self-service service types:

1. Enter search strings into the search box. Self-service type entries open matching your search terms.
2. Select the service type entry.
3. To select a field for display, click on Offto change to On .
4. To hide a field, click On to change to Off.
5. Click Apply to save your changes.

The self-service entries that have the same type as the one you just modified will now display the fields in the Self-Service module based on the configurations you have set.
